Maths What two fractions can add together to make a whole

Today there was no Miss Hills maths so we stayed for Mr Moriartys maths.Our question today was what 2 fractions can add together to make a half.Here is a photo of my answers that I wrote in my maths book.

    How about 14/36 + 1/9?

    14/36 + 1/9 =
    14/36 + 4/36 (because 9 x 4 = 36)=
    18/36 = 1/2

    Here's one I thought of

    22/52 + 1/13 =
    22/52 + 4/52(1x4=4 and 13x4)=
    26/52=1/2
